Ceramics
These pieces use clay to conceive elements from Olshan's paintings in sculptural form. Employing themes of topography, architecture, puzzle-making, and abstract landscapes, these pieces either present sculptural paintings or materialize formerly 2-dimensional forms--such as staircases--in the third dimension. As a painter, the glazing and surface treatment of each object remains very important.
